Equality Diversity and Inclusion Workforce focused Action Plan July 2019
Our Equality Diversity and Inclusion EDI Workforce Action Plan complies with the Public Sector Equality Duties requirements which is a legal requirement. These duties mean that public bodies have to take action to deliver better outcomes for people who may relate to the 9 protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 . Our EDI workforce focused action plan also incorporates WRES indicators and EDS2 goals and objectives. Our action plan not only shows that we eliminate unlawful discrimination and harassment but we also actively promote equality throughout the trust.
