Norfolk Suffolk and Cambridge Cystic Fibrosis Network Guideline. 

Aspergillus fumigatus is a fungus that grows at 37 degrees and produces a large number of toxic and allergenic exoproducts. There are a large number of manifestations in CF including simple colonisation that does not warrant any action. However we are increasingly recognising Aspergillus bronchitis as a cause of acute deterioration and treating it accordingly.
