Professional profile : I qualified from Imperial College school of medicine at Charing Cross in 1999, did my Basic Medical Training at Ipswich hospital and gained membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2002. I then completed higher specialist training in diabetes, endocrinology and general internal medicine in the Eastern region, rotating through West Suffolk and Addenbrooke’s Hospitals. In 2005 I was awarded Novo Nordisk research fellowship to undertake research into small fibre neuropathy using the LDI flare technique. This research led to an MD in 2010.
Personal profile : I am married with 3 children and enjoy skiing and playing hockey.
