We are committed to looking at ways to improve the service we provide you and you can help us by telling us what you think of our service, good or bad.

Modern healthcare is a complex process and things may not always go to plan despite our best intentions and if you are unhappy about your care, we would recommend you speak first to your consultant, the nurse in charge, a Matron or our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
